Ylang ylang
and sweet orange - with fruit and floral
notes
In the Tagalog language of the Philippines ylang
ylang
means 'flower of flowers'. Like olive oil there are
three renderings of the oil, the variety used here is
the first and most precious, known as 'extra.' It is
combined here with the essential oil of Brazilian sweet
orange, a fruit first brought to the West from southern
China five hundred years ago.
