Vetiver and lavender - a lush, green fragrance

Vetiver is a grass cultivated for its roots which
produce a distinctive ferny oil. This variety is
sourced from Haiti where one hundred pounds of roots are
needed to produce one pound of oil. It is blended here
with lavender essential oil. Long cultivated for its
aromatic properties, lavender was used in ritual
bathing in ancient Rome and its name derives from the
Latin verb to wash.
